PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please consider the following before placing a preorder which are beyond our control and cannot be predicted. Rest assured, we will always strive to ensure that your preorder is fulfilled in a timely manner.
- All Preorders are fulfilled in order that they are received from the customer. So first in, first out.
- Unforeseen delays due to the Global pandemic.
- If for some reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will immediately offer you a refund or credit the original form of payment. There will be a 2.7% transaction fee for all cancelled orders. Please keep in mind, these items are being produced by oversees. Due to the ongoing delays and the impact of COVID19, any delays are beyond our control. We have high expectations that our distributors will be able to supply and produce the quantities of items that are ordered, however if for some unforeseen circumstance, they are not, we will gladly credit your original form of payment.
